MISSION

Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN) is an independent, not-for-profit public access center established as a result of the cable television franchise agreement between the City of New York and Time Warner Cable. Our purpose is to ensure the ability of Manhattan residents to exercise their First Amendment rights through the medium of cable television on a no-cost basis.
