The Llewellyn Gallery seeks exhibition proposals from emerging and established national and international artists working in digital and non-digital mediums.
The Llewellyn Gallery is an 860 square foot space on the Alfred State College campus in Alfred, NY. The gallery was established to inspire and inform the creative processes of the Digital Media and Animation students at Alfred State, provide exhibition space for artists working in digital mediums, and contribute to rich local, national, and international artistic dialogs. Artists working in HD video/animation, interactivity, and/or sound are strongly encouraged to submit.
Available to artists for exhibitions: one 5.1 surround sound system, two 50″ plasma screens, one 1080p video projector, Mac Pro 2 quad core, full spectrum track lighting.
Please include the following in the proposal:
A letter that introduces the artist(s), the artwork, the proposal, and how it fits the gallery’s mission.
Current resume(s), bio(s), and artist statement(s)
CD or DVD with examples of work to be included in the exhibition.
NOTE: Materials that are submitted will not be returned to sender.
