The mission of the Greek Cultural Center (GCC) is fourfold: First, to serve the cultural needs of the Greek American community in New York State and to promote and preserve Greek culture and language through the arts. Second, to promote the work of Greek American artists through assistance and presentation of their work. Third, to serve as an ambassador of Greek culture to all of NY by offering many of its programs in English and by performing throughout NY for a wide and diverse audience. Fourth, to promote understanding and respect among the many ethnic communities in New York City by collaborating with other non-profit organizations.
